Today, 23/01/2022, our pupils played the first of a series of internal club rapid tournaments.
As we all well know, in the club we do not test ourselves and do not write grades, we hold the test in front of our opponents, in every competition, in every game played.
In these tournaments, we will test our knowledge and skills in the game, learn the basics of chess etiquette.
For many of the participants, this was the first tournament, some of them experienced for the first time the joy of victory, including a tournament one.
Competitors were divided into two tournaments – Tournament A (Advanced) and Tournament B (Beginners), regardless of age.
In Tournament A, the first three places were taken by Zhivko Kaloyanov, Magdalena Stoyanova and Nikolay Valchanov, and in Tournament B – Martin Atanasov (first tournament!), Kristian Valchanov and Simeon Haralanov.
