We are pleased to present the Regulations of the
International Rapid and Blitz Chess Tournament Open “Shumen”.
The tournament format is two days – Saturday, Sunday – 25–26.07.2026.
Rapid tournament will be held in two sections:
Open A – open rapid chess tournament;
Open B – tournament for chess players in U14, U12, U10 and U8 groups.
Both tournaments will be valid for FIDE rating (rapid and blitz).
Venue: Arena Shumen (http://arenashumen.com).
Total prize fund of the tournaments: 5,000 euros.
